Hi, I’m Victoria. The heart behind Ross Media Co.

Before I’m a photographer, a creative, or a business owner — I’m a follower of Jesus.

My relationship with Him is the foundation of everything in my life. It shapes how I love people, how I lead, how I create, and how I serve my clients. My faith influences my values, my work ethic, and the way I tell stories — with intention, integrity, and heart.

I’m also a wife to my husband, Jonathan. We’ve been married since 2022, and building a life together has been one of my greatest joys. We’re raising three beautiful children, and becoming a mom completely changed the way I see moments. Time moves quickly. Seasons don’t last forever. And the smallest, ordinary days often become the most meaningful memories.

That realization is a big part of why I do what I do.

For nearly six years, I served at Radiant Church in a variety of roles — administrative assistant, photography team lead, social media manager, and event team lead. Those years shaped me professionally in ways I’ll always be grateful for. I learned how to manage teams, lead creatively, capture powerful moments, build brand presence, and communicate vision clearly. I also learned how to see people — not just projects.

Somewhere along the way, I realized something about myself:

I’m a professional storyteller.

Whether I’m photographing a growing family, capturing a senior’s final year at home, or helping a business refine its brand voice — I’m not just delivering a service. I’m uncovering the “why.”
